If due to an unforeseeable reason from Clear MyMind's end, a booked session is not completed in its entirety by the Clear MyMind expert, the user will be given a full or partial refund in CMM e-wallet to compensate for the lost session time. If unforeseen circumstances prevent complete appointment delivery by Clear MyMind professionals, participants receive full or partial compensations in CMM digital account (e-wallet) to compensate for lost appointment duration. For multiple sessions/package, sessions/bundle sessions, the user is billed for the session he availed, and the refund will be initiated only on the balance of sessions left. As the Package session/ Bundle sessions include charged and free sessions, the cost and refund on these sessions are made in a given manner.
For example, if the cost per session/basic price of a session/cost of a single session is, say, INR 500 OR INR 1,000, and if the user booked a 6+2 session package, the total cost of the package will be INR 3,000 OR INR 6,000. The first 06 sessions shall be billed at the rate of INR 500 per session OR INR 1000 per session along with 02 free sessions that are billed at zero cost/ along with 02 complimentary sessions.
Also, for instance, if a user booked a 6+2 session package and after availing 03 sessions wants to cancel/abort the session, the balance of sessions, or the remaining 03 sessions, will be refunded back to the digital account of the user. Hence he is charged for the 3 sessions that he availed only.
It is important to note that free sessions or complementary sessions can only be availed after all the paid sessions in a particular bundle have been completed. No claim will be entertained for the free sessions, and no refund will be applicable for free sessions.
Kindly note, this example uses a session fee of INR 500 or INR 1000 for reference. Actual refunds are subject to variation depending on the chosen therapist's fee and additional factors.
