ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm glad you're here. My therapy space believes in supporting you to express, feel emotions known and unknown, to unlearn and learn, continue growing and healing, and find your own idea of yourself by being your different and unfiltered parts, without feeling judged or compromised. I work with concerns including anxiety, self image/identity, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions and more, following a relational approach including IFS, EFT, CBT and more approaches tailored to your needs. Knowing that our thought patterns and beliefs have often stemmed from our childhood, upbringing, past relationships and how we view the world and ourselves, therapy with me would include exploring yourself and the life you know, to help you work on the concerns you might be facing now. I highly prioritize the therapist-client relationship and believe that a collaborative relationship, where you give your feedback and opinions as well, is key to creating a warm, trusting and progressive therapy space. It might seem confusing and challenging, but if you are willing to open the door and take your step forward, I would love to walk along with you and then behind you.
